60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try Rejuvie for 60 days. If you don’t love it, for any reason, we’ll refund every penny of the product price. That includes opened and empty bottles, and you don’t need to send anything back.
How to get your refund
- Email help@rejuvie.co within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- Our team replies within 1–2 business days to confirm your refund.
- That’s it. No forms, no returns, no hassle.
When your refund arrives
Once confirmed, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. Shipping costs are not refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, email help@rejuvie.co and we’ll check on it right away.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, email help@rejuvie.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, whichever you prefer.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email help@rejuvie.co within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll help you find it or make it right.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email help@rejuvie.co as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has shipped, the 60-day guarantee above still covers you.
Please contact us first
If there’s ever a problem with your order, email us before contacting your bank or card provider. We’ll fix it faster, and a bank dispute can take weeks to settle.
EU and UK customers
If you’re a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless an exemption applies. Email help@rejuvie.co to cancel. We’ll refund the product price and standard delivery within 14 days.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
